I went into the VA industry similar to a headless chook, I wanted to just find my way through and figure it out as I go along. I was struggling with certain aspects that I didn't even know I needed. Accounting had never been my strong suit and I didn't even think about it in the slightest, neither did I think about all the onboarding and contracts needed.

Karen really made me understand the nitty gritty of starting a business and how we needed to set it up properly and go about everything the right way and in a way that would set us up for success.
