An NLP Breakthrough experience is a short, customised coaching program that has one objective: get to the root-cause of the challenge, and re-wire it at the subconscious level, so new results happen without requiring conscious thought.

NLP Breakthrough coaching works at the subconscious, or non-conscious level. It bypasses something called the critical faculty: that gate-keeper of the subconscious mind that rejects new ideas and beliefs (even the really good ones, like affirmations you say to yourself) in order to keep us safe. This gatekeeper is the reason why we feel like we often have to assert a lot of effort to make change.

When you work at the subconscious level, you’re planting the seeds of change, and clearing the slate at the very place thoughts begin, instead of fighting against the thoughts that already exist. This results in effortless changes you never go back from. New actions, thoughts, behaviours, beliefs, feelings and of course, outcomes, without having to necessarily think about it, or try hard at it – it’s just a new way of being.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Your Breakthrough Includes:

PART 1: A deep-dive session into the map of your subconscious - finding the root cause of what’s holding you back.
PART 2: 3-5 hours of breakthrough coaching. This includes NLP tools and processes to re-write the problem at the subconscious level. (The reason there is a range in time, is because coaching is based on results, not time.) This part may occur over 2-3 sessions.
PART 3: The Transformation toolkit: A series of practises and tools to implement on your own so you have a solid platform you can return to whenever you need, when you’re ready to go to the next level, or if you happen to fall off track and need to come back. This might include a personalised self-hypnosis induction, self-directed versions of the tools we’ve used in the breakthrough, or something else.
PART 4: 30-days to implement the new tools with support. Put those things into practise, see what comes up, (life happens, and we test what we’ve been working on and clean anything up we need to), with access to coaching via voxer to talk through anything you need as it happens.
PART 5: Future Strategy Session. A final session after your 30-days of implementation to clean-up anything that comes up through the thirty days and make sure you got what you came for, answer any final questions, and give you a strategy for achieving your goals (that will now happen without feeling like you’re pushing a boulder up a hill fighting with your unconscious!)

The Breakthrough will take place over approximately 4-6 weeks. You’ll have plenty of time to relax into the new insights and ways of being, to ask questions and be supported in seeing the change happen.

60-MINUTE KICK-OFF SESSION: In our first coaching call together we go all in for 60 minutes. Here we dive into your big goals and set the foundations for exponential success, right from the get-go.
3 x 60-MINUTE COACHING CALLS EVERY MONTH: It’s time to empower YOU! On our calls we’ll create your strategic roadmap for more income, greater impact and (most importantly) more freedom. No stone goes unturned as we delve into your strategy, mindset, profit planning and scaling.
UNLIMITED VOXER SUPPORT: Outside of our calls, you’re fully supported. Reach out to me for coaching and mentorship using the messaging app, Voxer. Whether you need strategic advice, accountability, what to do next, direction or just some loving words of encouragement, I’m available to chat privately Monday to Friday so you can move the needle forward, faster between calls.
