    That client call you just had? That’s content. O That client call you just had? That’s content. One of my clients said to me recently, “I’ve done three client calls today and I reckon just in those alone I could have a month’s worth of content.” Exactly. The problem isn’t ideas. It’s follow-through. It’s extraction. It’s infrastructure. Your best content is already happening. It’s in the voice notes you send. The breakthroughs inside your programs. The questions your 1:1 clients ask every week. The ideas you have at 2am, in the shower, at school pickup. That’s your real IP. But most of it disappears because content feels like a separate task. As soon as client load banks up, or life happens, it’s the first thing that goes into the “too hard” basket. Not because you’re lazy. Not because you lack clarity. But because you’re the bottleneck. This is what I’m building instead: AI automations that quietly sit in the background and capture what’s already happening. Transcribe. Extract patterns. Pull messaging themes. Organise your ideas into a content bank. You’re still the human in the loop. You refine. You add nuance. You decide what gets shared. But you’re no longer starting from zero. You’re starting from your expertise - already documented and organised. This isn’t about cloning yourself. It’s about freeing yourself. Follow me if you want more automations to free up your time.     Have you ever read content and instantly known it Have you ever read content and instantly known it wasn’t written by a real person? Be honest. I wrote an email based on my real lived experience. In my own words. Painting a vivid, visceral moment from something deeply personal. It was raw. Honest. Unfiltered. The words just poured out of me. I didn’t edit. I didn’t open ChatGPT. I simply reserved 30 minutes to write. After I hit send to my email list… The replies started coming in. People shared that they felt the same. That it resonated. That they felt seen inside the story. And it confirmed something I’ve been noticing for a while… Your audience can tell when AI wrote your content. Not because AI is bad. But because your voice carries something AI never can - lived experience, emotion, nuance, perspective. We don’t want to dim or dilute our ideas. We want to amplify them. Share them in a way that feels real, human and aligned. This is exactly why I’m building a content system that is deeply bespoke and personalised to me, my clients and my community. A system that: Captures real conversations Captures coaching insights Captures voice notes and ideas in the moment Captures your methodology and lived experience Then uses AI to support and organise it… not replace it. I’ve built Phase 1 of this system. School holidays. 101 tabs open in my brain. Dinner to plan. A messy kitchen. Dirty clothes piling up for every person in the house. Dog food to buy. New school books. Uniforms to organise. The juggling act that never really stops. A business that still needs care, creativity, and presence. And yes… clients, revenue, and forward motion too. A heart that’s still holding space for saying goodbye to our beautiful Kelpie Abby, our 15-year-old dog who was always by my side. For a long time, I felt like I had to choose. Be “on” in my business or be present in my life. Because when you run a business, it’s always there. A quiet hum in the background. Something still to do. Something not quite finished. That feeling of never having done “enough.” Show up online or show up at home. But I’m realising I don’t have to decide. They don’t have to compete. They get to co-exist. This is why I’m building a content system that runs alongside my life, not on top of it. Not only when I have capacity. Something that keeps my work moving forward while I’m parked at school pickup, sitting with my family instead of feeling like I should be working late, or outside with a fresh cuppa, taking a breath because life feels full. Not hustle. Not pressure. Just support. A system that holds me, my ideas, my content - and helps my audience at the same time.
