    The hours you get back from using AI, those are fo The hours you get back from using AI, those are for memories. And this means getting out to the beach, toes in the sand & water with my girls 🫶🏼 In my recent launch instead of spending it buried in spreadsheets, I had Claude Cowork build me a live analytics dashboard. It connects to my email marketing platform, my sales page stats and my checkout cart stats, and pulls it all into a dashboard on my website. I set it to run every day to gather new numbers and update the dashboard automatically. Here’s what that data told me: the offer is validated. People want it. So now I’m in the fun part, making tweaks and refinements based on what’s actually happening in the launch instead of guessing. This used to eat hours of my week: logging into each platform, pulling the stats, dropping them into a spreadsheet, then deciding what to change. Easily 5-10 hours a week gone, because let’s be real, gathering launch data takes time (a lot of it). And real-time numbers are a big part of a launch, knowing what to tweak, what to refine, and what to leave as is. How to do this yourself? Step 1: Get Claude on your desktop computer. Step 2: Open it and go to Claude Cowork (you’ll need a paid subscription). Step 3: Connect your platforms. For me this was Kit, Google Analytics for my sales page stats and Kajabi for my checkout. Step 4: Instruct Claude with the stats you want to gather and how you want them displayed on your website (mine is a password-protected page). Step 5: Create a Skill and schedule it to run each day (you can do it multiple times a day if you want).     You probably cleaned your house this week. But whe You probably cleaned your house this week. But when was the last time you cleaned your business? And I’m not talking about your desk. I’m talking about the backend of your business. Your Google Drive. Your Brand Blueprint. Your Ideal Client Avatar. Your Content Marketing Strategy. Your testimonials. Your SOPs. Your frameworks, course materials. Your onboarding. Your knowledge. Everything your business runs on. I’ve realised that before I build a single AI assistant, agent or automation, I want all of that organised first. Not because I like things to look tidy (although I do). Because AI learns from your business. Think about it… If you hired a new team member tomorrow, you wouldn’t just hand them a laptop and say, “Good luck” You’d teach them about your business. Where everything lives. How you like things done. You’d train them to do the job to your standard so they could work confidently without needing you every step of the way. AI is no different. The better your foundations, the better your AI team performs. That’s exactly what I’m doing in my own business right now. Cleaning it up. Strengthening the foundations. Building the operating system my AI team can learn from. I’m doing the same thing with my clients too, and I’ll be sharing more behind the scenes as we build it all out. What’s working. What’s not. I’m not afraid to say the quiet part out loud, because I want YOU to see it before it costs you another year. Someone needs to say this, and I’m happy to be the one. Your growth isn’t stalling because of your strategy. Or your offer. Or how hard you and your team are working. Or the prompting back n forth in Claude & Chat. It’s stalling because your biz backend physically can’t carry any more weight. And if that’s you, you can already feel it: The onboarding that’s held together with manual steps and good intentions. The hours lost rebuilding something you’d already made once. The launch that stalled because there was nothing underneath to hold it up. The decisions you can’t make because the data isn’t tracked, isn’t logged, and doesn’t live anywhere you can actually find it. We’re really uncomfortable admitting the problem is this boring. We want the answer to be strategy. Strategy is exciting. A new funnel feels like progress. Building the backend doesn’t so we keep avoiding it, and keep wondering why the ceiling won’t move fast enough. And here’s what’s really wild: It’s never been easier to fix. The tools to build a backend that actually carries your business… one that captures, tracks, and holds everything you’re currently keeping in your head or buried in a million messages to your team or to yourself… are sitting right there. Most people just never get shown how to use them. 2 months ago I started building a launch data dashboard for myself and my clients. Here’s what changed: My clients now get the full picture of their launch… sales page views, checkout views, email stats, social stats, ad tracking, purchases, everything that matters. All real-time, all live, all in one place. Visibility over everything, without the operational burden of pulling the data manually. And strategic next moves based on what’s actually happening and not what they’re hoping is happening. Trust me: you will never regret building strong biz foundations and backend before you think you need it. -k

It pulled in photos and videos of me. And it did it faster than I ever could. And that’s just to name a few things. I made a few small tweaks and it was ready to go. So basically, it was my designer. Without me having to think too hard about any of it. How to do this yourself: Step 1: Get Claude on your desktop computer. Step 2: Open it and go to Claude Cowork (you’ll need a paid subscription). Step 3: Ask Claude to turn your training into a Canva slide deck. Connect your Canva account and add your script, transcript or outline. Step 4: Approve your brand voice and brand design before it starts building. Easy when you have a brand kit ready to go in Canva. Step 5: Sit back and relax.
