    You just finished a day of coaching calls in your You just finished a day of coaching calls in your zone of genius. A reframe for one client’s problem. Your framework, talked through for the next. A breakthrough coached out of another in the way only you do it. You’re on a high. This is why you got into business in the first place. And you know there was so much goodness in those calls. so much wisdom so many things you said that your audience needs to hear. But you didn’t write any of it down. You were in service mode, giving all of yourself to your clients. Sure, you’ve got the transcripts. But you don’t have the bandwidth to sit and run them through Claude. So you move on to the next thing in your day. And those words of wisdom are forgotten. Never shared. Never seen again. Now imagine this instead… Content stops being a task you have to think about. It becomes the natural by-product of doing the work you love. You’re in your zone of genius. On calls. In conversations. Doing what you got into business for. And you have a system running the rest…quietly, in the background. Catching the things you say. Organising them. Turning them into content ideas, waiting for you the next time you open your laptop.     Your best content ideas don’t show up when you’re Your best content ideas don’t show up when you’re sitting down to “do content.” They show up in the car. On the walk. Mid-squat at the gym. Stirring dinner. Sitting in the car at school pickup. That’s when it flows in… the perfect hook, the story, the thing you’ve been trying to articulate for weeks. So you do the responsible thing: you open your Notes app and tap it out. And then… it dies there. A phone full of half-formed brilliance right now. Dozens of ideas you were genuinely excited about, that never made it past a one-line note because by the time you sat down to “create,” the spark was gone and the blank page won. The problem was never that you’re short on ideas. You’re drowning in them. The problem is you don’t have a way to catch them and turn them into content while they’re still hot. To do whatever lights you up and actually makes an impact. Yet some weeks it feels like you spend more time trying to write an Instagram caption (even with ChatGPT and Claude) than doing the work your clients pay you for. That’s because you’re treating content like a separate task, when the work you do IS the content. Every call. Every voice note. Every conversation. Every story you tell when explaining something to a client. Every time you’ve reframed someone’s problem in a way nobody else has. That IS the marketing. You’re just not capturing it. ​I’ve created something brilliant that will ensure the words of wisdom things you say every day actually reach the people who need to hear them without sitting down to do content ever again.     There’s a lot complaining about the ‘AI Slop’ taki There’s a lot complaining about the ‘AI Slop’ taking over the social media feeds (and internet in general), which says little about the tool and EVERYTHING about the system. Here’s where the conversation is lacking: AI can’t sound like you if it doesn’t know you. But even once AI does understand your brand voice… you still have a second problem:You still have to actually have something to say. Most AI tools out there solve the input problem: “Train AI on your brand voice.” That’s what every “steal my GPTs + Skills” and “use my prompt pack” products are doing right now. Half the problem solved. But they don’t solve the output problem: “How do I keep getting content OUT of me without it becoming another exhausting task on my to-do list?” which let’s be honest is the real hero I’ve been working on something that does both. Not only will it teach AI your voice, your audience, your positioning and your messaging… …it also catches the valuable ideas already happening inside your business every single day. So you stop asking: “What should I post this week?” And start asking: “What did I already say this week that’s worth sharing?” That shift changes everything. I’ll be sharing more on this soon. Karen
    If your content feels harder than it should… it’s If your content feels harder than it should… it’s not a motivation problem. It’s a foundations problem. When your voice, message, and ideal client aren’t clearly defined, AI gives you generic. It’s recycling the same content it gives everyone else. You spend hours rewriting. Switching between Claude and ChatGPT hoping one will finally get it right. And nothing ever feels quite like *you*. Something that used to take 20 minutes when you wrote it yourself is now taking hours. AI isn’t cutting down the time, it’s overcomplicating it. But when you build your Brand Blueprint first? Content flows faster. It sounds like you because it IS you. AI finally becomes useful instead of frustrating. And you stop starting from scratch every time you open a new chat.
