  • You’ll fill in my questionnaire asking all the important questions about your business. This allows me to understand the current struggles you're facing and work to provide you with solutions. This will also make sure we're a great fit.
  • Then we'll meet via Zoom video chat where you'll share your screen and show me how you are currently operating your business.
  • Next, we'll map out a plan of what systems, tools and workflows you can use to improve the way you're operating your business (if any).
  • I'll prepare a clear action plan so you and your team are on the same page on how your business will be managed going forward.
  • I'll manage the team and deadlines while you focus on building your empire.
