You’re probably thinking ‘but Karen what if someone enquires about my services now that I’m at capacity?’
Keep reading to find out what to do 👇
As your business grows there will be new things you have to deal with at every stage of the process that might not be as comfortable as others. But this is all part of being a business owner. And to that I say ‘enjoy the process my friend’ 🥰
While you may not want to turn someone away in fear of letting them down, it’s important for your own wellbeing that you avoid taking on too much work which could lead to burn out. And not delivering a top notch service because you’ve got too much on your plate (not recommended!).
Here’s how you can follow up on a client enquiry at full capacity:
1️⃣ Redirect them to other resources they can purchase within your business that you think might find helpful 📖
2️⃣ Refer them to another VA you know. Remember the energy you put out into the universe is the energy you get back 🔮✨ Pro Tip: create a referral system with your VA bestie so that you both receive a referral fee.
3️⃣ Appreciate their interest but don’t feel you have to justify why you can’t bring them onboard. You’re fully booked…that’s totally normal so you shouldn’t feel bad
4️⃣ Send them a ‘Fully booked’ email using one of my carefully crafted email templates. Check them out here > 💌
Having email templates will save so much time once you’re booked and busy. I’ve created 19 email templates that are perfect for VA’s at any stage of their business 🙌
Whether you’re just starting out or have been in the game for a while these are sure to add to your streamlined on-boarding, off-boarding and enquiry process.
Check out my 19 email templates so you know what to send to potential clients and clients at every stage.
And if you’re a Business Kickstarter Course member you can find it in the portal in the working with clients module.
