1️⃣ Thank them for their enquiry – Showing gratitude for their interest in working with you is a great way to start. They’re interested in working with YOU…get excited 🥳

2️⃣ Include a link to your Prices and Packages Guide – This way they can scope everything out in their own time prior to your discovery call 💸 

3️⃣ Suggest a discovery call – I know it’s scary…but discovery calls are the best way to connect with a potential client. This way you can learn exactly what it is they need help with and it avoids the back and forth between emails. Not only this but you can get a proper sense of the person behind the business which is super helpful when it comes to working with them in the future. And who know, you just might meet your business bestie 💓👯
