Allow me to introduce myself!
I’m Karen, a coach and mentor for VA’s looking to support female entrepreneurs to grow and scale online.
In the past 5 years I’ve built a business that’s given me the flexibility and freedom to create a schedule that includes:
- Mid-week launch dates with my friends and family
- Taking a day off when it suits me (and not my boss)
- Working from home in my pjs
- Always being available to catch the latest event or achievement at my daughters’ school
- Afternoon adventures with my girls after school
If I’m truly honest, it didn’t always look that way…
You see the first 2 years were mostly trial and error…
Lots of late nights, weekends and copious amounts of coffee as I worked through the confusion and overwhelm of what was required to start and grow a business that actually pays you for your time.
I thought I was wise taking the DIY route and saving money ‘figuring things out’ on my own… turns out it cost me a lot of time, which is why after finally cracking the code to creating a successful VA business, I pivoted into supporting other VA’s to do the same.
It literally makes my heart sing to see women paving their own way, earning an income in a way that accommodates all the many roles we fill in our lives.
I love that I can shorten the learning curve and make that journey easier for my clients, and I’d love to help you too!
